Imani Carroll is an experienced HR executive and strategic people leader with more than 11 years of progressive experience helping organizations navigate people strategy, organizational growth, workplace risk, talent, and change.

As the founder of Carroll Consulting, Imani brings the perspective of an executive HR leader to growing companies that need sophisticated people expertise without necessarily building a large internal HR function.

Her career has included senior HR leadership and business-partnering roles supporting executive teams, global organizations, and high-growth environments.

She currently serves as Head of People Excellence – North America & Global GTM Business Partner at impact.com, where she partners with senior leadership on people strategy and supports the organization’s go-to-market organization across multiple countries.

Previously, Imani served as Chief People Officer at JustFoodForDogs, where she led Talent, HR, and Learning & Development functions supporting a nationwide organization.
